Amsterdam-based retailer Sneakersnstuff entered the new year with a ton on its plate as the storied boutique declared for bankruptcy. Since then, new ownership has come in and, unfortunately, restructured, leaving many of the old staff behind, including one of the co-founders, Peter Jansson. Even still, their collaborative efforts in the footwear world continue strong, with the next project being on the Puma Speedcat.
The low-top thin-sole sneaker that was originally intended as footwear for Formula One drivers is rendered in a clean two-tone black and white color palette. Patent leather paneling on the toe, heel, and lower midfoot contrasts with the large white Formstrip on the midfoot. The logo also separates the mesh midfoot panel from the lower half of the sneaker.

More patent leather appears on the tongue and eyestays, while the rope laces come in a tonal black finish. Puma branding on the lateral toe remains untouched, however, the tongue of the left shoe and the heel of the right come with debossed SNS branding. Finishing the design is the co-branded SNS and Puma logos on the insole and the rubber outsole featuring a tire traction-inspired pattern.
The SNS x Puma Speedcat OG will release July 11, 2025, through Puma and select retailers online and in-store. Available in men’s sizing, the retail price is set at $120.
