In the early hours of Thursday, June 20, the internet was abuzz with images of Travis Scott's mugshot following his arrest in Miami-Dade County. The rapper found himself on the wrong side of the law, charged with disorderly intoxication and trespassing after warning.

Travis Scott, whose real name is Jacques Webster, was detained by Miami police near a marina. Scott allegedly was involved in a dispute with the crew of a charter boat, prompting officers to arrive at the scene. After being told to leave, which he did, Scott returned and refused to listen to orders to vacate the property, leading to his arrest. Officers were able to “sense a strong smell of alcohol” on his breath.

Upon his release on bail, Scott wasted no time addressing the situation. He took to Twitter with a simple yet provocative "lol.” Not stopping there, Scott posted an edited version of his mugshot on his Instagram story, adding sunglasses and headphones to his photo.

As the king of marketing and selling merch in the rap game, Travis Scott’s website's shop was updated mere hours after the mugshot went viral. The new addition? A t-shirt featuring the edited mugshot and a quote attributed to Scott during his arrest: "It's Miami."

The mugshot t-shirt retails for $35, and the Free The Rage #2 Tee listing states that a portion of the proceeds from the sales will go to the Cactus Jack Foundation, Scott's charitable organization. The foundation focuses on empowering and enriching the lives of youth by providing access to education and creative resources, aiming to ensure long-term success for the next generation.

This isn’t the first time Scott was arrested and capitalized on his mugshot. In 2017, Travis was arrested in Arkansas after putting on a wild performance in which he was charged with inciting a riot. During the show, he encouraged fans to bypass security and rush the stage, leading to multiple injuries and his arrest. Following this arrest, he released the Free The Rage tee on his site for $45.

For those looking to support the Cactus Jack Foundation and snag a piece of this viral moment, the t-shirt is available now on Travis Scott's official website. Download the Sole Retriever mobile app for more updates on the latest from Travis Scott and more in the sneaker and streetwear world.
