When you think of the Panda Dunk, your mind probably goes straight to the monochromatic masterpiece that dropped in 2021 – and rightly so. Back then, the OG completely dominated the sneaker scene. Despite not being tied to a big-name collaboration or labelled as a limited edition, it quickly became one of the most talked-about pairs in the game. And while its hype may have cooled slightly since then, four years later, we’re still celebrating its legacy with bold reworks like the Nike Dunk Low Panda Picante Red.
As you can probably tell, this isn’t your typical Panda Dunk Low. Instead of sticking to the classic black and white formula, Nike has completely flipped the script with a colorway that’s guaranteed to turn heads. The base is dipped in Pink Foam, and it's contrasted by fiery Picante Red overlays that bring some serious heat. And unlike the original’s smooth leather construction, this version opts for short-haired suede throughout, delivering a more elevated, premium feel.

To make it even more special, the American sportswear company has packed in some exclusive details. Behind the tongue, you'll find a custom panda face graphic and the text “Est. 1985” – a subtle nod to the year the Dunk was first released. There’s also a removable panda badge attached to the laces for an added playful twist. All of this sits atop a pre-yellowed midsole, giving the shoe an aged, vintage vibe that looks like it's been pulled straight from the archives.
The Nike Dunk Low Panda Picante Red is just one of several Panda-inspired Dunks landing this season. Releasing in Fall 2025 through Nike and select retailers online and in-store, it'll be available in men’s sizing with a retail price of $115.
