With Jordan Brand cutting back production and dropping styles from upcoming seasons, the Air Jordan 1 will remain in much smaller portions. For example, JB has dropped over fifteen styles of Air Jordan 1s across the board from their Holiday 2024 lineup, including the Air Jordan 1 High OG Olive and Air Jordan 1 Retro Low OG Metallic Mocha. With six months to go, plenty of things can still change. We will keep you updated, but we must look further into the future, specifically Spring 2025.
Jordan Brand is prepping things for Spring 2025 with plenty of Air Jordan 1s already scheduled for this collection. While this is a surprise, we must remember that Jordan Brand's Holiday 2024 lineup was set in stone, only to be revamped entirely during its 25th hour. So, expect to see changes to 2025 down the road as well. Nevertheless, we must look at what they currently have in store for us: a familiar colorway of the AJ 1, making its debut in low-top form.
Mirroring the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG Obsidian UNC from 2019, this Air Jordan 1 Retro Low OG comes in the same obsidian, university blue, and sail color scheme. Working on top of an all-leather upper, obsidian and university blue dress the overlays while sail is on the underlays and tongue. More obsidian comes into play via the laces, lining, and tongue tag. A sail-colored midsole and an obsidian solid rubber outsole complete the look.
The Air Jordan 1 Retro Low OG Obsidian UNC was originally set to release on March 22, 2025. However, after a delay, the pair will release on March 29 through Nike, SNKRS, and select Jordan Brand retailers online and in-store. Available in full-family sizing, retail is set at $140, $120, $75, and $65.
