adidas’ terrace-style sneakers are a significant part of the brand’s history, as throughout the ‘70s and ‘80s, they introduced models that have gone on to become staples in the fashion and footwear worlds. Even still, this era of sneakers helps inspire newer models that, to the untrained eye, would appear to be directly taken from The Three Stripes’ archives. That’s the case with the adidas Blanc, a 70s-inspired low-top sneaker now getting a makeover courtesy of Emily Oberg’s Sporty & Rich brand.
Like other low-top terrace trainers in adidas’ vast array of sneakers, the model features a simple leather upper with a small toecap overlay, serrated eyelets, and a small suede heel tab. Stitching details add depth to the single piece of leather covering the base, while green hues on the suede Three Stripes and heel tab contrast with the white surrounding it. More green accents pop on the co-branded adidas and Sporty & Rich logos on the tongue.

Emily Oberg’s Sporty & Rich label also adds its logo to the lateral midfoot, rendered in a gold foil finish. Inside, the sockliner has a white tumbled leather finish, while the white leather insole contains one final hit of adidas and Sporty & Rich branding. Underfoot sits an off-white rubber midsole and outsole. Included in the packaging is a metallic gold adidas-branded tennis racket hang tag.
The Sporty & Rich x adidas Blanc will release in June 2025 through adidas, Sporty & Rich, and select retailers online and in-store. Available in women’s sizing, the retail price has yet to be announced.
