Even though the New Balance 2010 is a brand new silhouette (only introduced back in May this year), the New England sportswear giant has an uncanny knack for making it feel like a retro banger that’s been in their lineup since day one. Just take a look at the upcoming New Balance 2010 Vintage Indigo Arctic Grey, for example.
It’s a crisp new colorway, but reworked with that subtle worn-in charm that makes it look like something your old man might’ve picked up decades ago – and that’s exactly why it’s bound to be so popular among sneakerheads and casual wearers alike.
New Balance 2010 Vintage Indigo Arctic Grey
This 2010 is built atop a diamond-knit mesh base to keep things breathable and lightweight. Textured leather wraps around the toebox, collar, and sidewalls (where you’ll also find a rubberized “N” logo in Arctic Grey), and to elevate things even further, NB has layered in short-haired suede throughout. Even though this isn’t a special “Made in USA” or “Made in UK” release, the build quality and finish could easily pass for one.
Clean cotton laces tie everything neatly together, while underfoot, the segmented ABZORB midsole delivers that signature cloud-like cushioning NB fans swear by. The Vintage Indigo is then completed with a translucent TPU Stability Web shank for enhanced arch support and a touch of technical flair.
The New Balance 2010 Vintage Indigo Arctic Grey will be released sometime in 2025 via New Balance and select retailers both online and in-store for $160. Want your best shot at copping?
