With so many important retros in the lineup, Nike and Jordan have been feeding us a steady stream of anniversary celebrations, with every year marking an occasion to look back into the archives and bring new life to legendary silhouettes. The 30th anniversary of the Air Jordan 11 arrives in the same year as Jordan Brand’s 40th birthday, making this extra special. To celebrate, nine colorways of the classic shoe are slated to hit shelves in the coming months, a staggering increase from the typical two per holiday season.

An overseas exclusive from the pack, the Jordan 11 Retro Tokyo is a celebration of Japan in sneaker form, paying close attention to detail and offering homage to the country’s rich tradition of embroidery. The all-grey 11 features soft, premium suede across the upper panels, with a gradient in grey moving from the dark toe cap to a light grey heel around the sidewalls. To complete the Cool Grey-inspired exclusives, a map of Jordan’s championship path is featured on the clear outsole, and an intricately embroidered wolf graphic is added to the tongue.

In addition to the Tokyo 11, the anniversary pack will feature a beaded China exclusive pair, and previously seen colorways like the Rare Air, Gamma, and Pearls. On the newer side of things domestically, a dark purple Mojave colorway is the standout in our eyes, but there are also pairs for Houston and Atlanta. You can check out the full nine pair collection here.

The Air Jordan 11 Retro Tokyo will be released Spring 2026 exclusively in Japan through Nike and select retailers in-store and online. Available in men’s sizing, the retail price is still TBD. To keep up on every new Jordan 11 release, make sure to download the Sole Retriever mobile app.
