2025 marks 40 years since the Air Jordan 1 first hit shelves, and while Jordan Brand has prepped plenty of retros and releases for Michael Jordan’s first model, the celebration is extending across the entire Air Jordan lineup. Covering multiple sneakers, including the Jordan 1 High (one for men and one for women), the Air Jordan 3, and the Air Jordan 4, is the Rare Air theme, which has altered the traditional branding features on these sneakers. Joining this collection is the Air Jordan 11.
So far for Holiday 2025, Jordan Brand has plans for seven different Air Jordan 11 releases, including three premium versions priced at $255 (Sail Off White, Canyon Purple, and Canvas) and the Gamma Blue and Pearl releases. This Rare Air rendition of the sneaker comes with a color scheme similar to this year's other Rare Air releases, combining deep royal blue, fire red, sail, black, and muslin.

The patent leather mudguard is done in deep royal blue, while the leather portions of the upper take on a sail finish. Muslin-shaded laces provide a vintage aesthetic, with added Jordan branding features found on the nylon lace loops. Final details include a red Jumpman on the lateral collar, 23 on the heel, and a semi-translucent milky outsole.
The Air Jordan 11 Retro Rare Air will release Holiday 2025 through Nike and select retailers online and in-store. Available in men’s and GS sizing, the retail price is $235 and $185, respectively.
