2025 marks 40 years since the Air Jordan 1 first hit shelves, and while Jordan Brand has prepped plenty of retros and releases for Michael Jordan’s first model, the celebration is extending across the entire Air Jordan lineup. Covering multiple sneakers, including the Jordan 1 High (one for men and one for women), the Air Jordan 3, and the Air Jordan 4, is the Rare Air theme, which has altered the traditional branding features on these sneakers. Joining this collection is the Air Jordan 11.
So far for Holiday 2025, Jordan Brand has plans for seven different Air Jordan 11 releases, including three premium versions priced at $250 (Sail Off White, Canyon Purple, and Canvas) and the Gamma Blue and Pearl releases. This Rare Air rendition of the sneaker comes with a color scheme similar to this year's other Rare Air releases, combining deep royal blue, fire red, sail, black, and muslin. Our speculative mockup sees the ballistic nylon base, leather collar overlay, and patent leather panel all coated in deep royal blue.

Red pops are found on the Jumpman logo on the lateral collar, 23 text on the black neoprene heel tab, and the Jordan 11 branding detail on the tongue. Finishing the upper is the black sockliner, tonal blue laces, and tongue. Below, the sneaker is complete with a sail Phylon midsole and a tonal rubber outsole.
The Air Jordan 11 Retro Rare Air will release Holiday 2025 through Nike and select retailers online and in-store. Available in men’s and GS sizing, the retail price is $230 and $185, respectively.
