Nike’s Greater Than basketball line has only been around for four years, but in that short timespan, the GT Cut, GT Hustle, and GT Jump have all become staples of Nike hoops at every level, including the NBA and WNBA. The original GT release, the GT Cut 1, was so good that Nike couldn’t bring itself to take it out of the line, retroing the four-year-old shoe while the GT Cut 3 is still in prime production and ahead of the debut of the GT Cut 4.

Nike Zoom GT Cut Photo Blue
The latest colorway of the Zoom GT Cut is given a clean white upper with hits of black on the Swoosh, a baby blue logo on the toebox, and subtle yellow accents on the lace protection labels. The splash of color comes on the bright photo blue midsole, with stripes of black through the midfoot and heel on top of an icy blue midsole.
We’ve seen a few colorways of the GT Cut retro so far this year, and with school hoops teams around the country getting back on the court this week, the neutral white and blue colorway is a perfect back-to-school shoe. The model may have a few years under its belt, but the tech inside is still top tier, with a full React drop-in sole, a Zoom Air unit, and parabolic Air Zoom Strobel cushioning for a solid blend of comfort and stability.
The Nike Zoom GT Cut Photo Blue will be released Fall 2025 through Nike and select retailers online and in-store. Available in men’s sizing, the retail price is set at $190.
