Paige Bueckers Debuts the Nike GT Cut 4

Paige Bueckers made history at Nike when the then-UCONN standout was given her own player-exclusive colorway of a Nike sneaker, the GT Hustle 3. This marked the first time an NCAA player launched their own PE Nike shoe. Of course, with all this backing early on in her career, it's only a matter of time until she gets her very own signature sneaker with The Swoosh. While we might have to wait a bit of time before that happens, Paige just debuted the Nike GT Cut 4.
Nike Basketball’s official X account took to the platform this morning to share a teaser image of a new performance basketball sneaker, posting the photo with the caption “Buckets incoming.” Sole Retriever was able to spot Paige at WNBA All-Star wearing the sneaker on the court shortly after this post went live.
As for the design of the GT Cut 4, the upper comes covered in an iridescent purple hue that shifts between blue and purple shades depending on the angle. The asymmetrical upper features Louvre-like blades on the lateral profile, while the medial side features a pleated-like design on the forefoot. Tech within the sneaker remains a mystery at this time, though expect to see the latest advancements from Nike Basketball.

The Greater Than (GT) series covers a range of performance basketball sneakers from The Swoosh, including the GT Hustle, GT Jump, GT Future. Nike previously launched the GT Cut 3 at the start of 2024 and introduced an incremental update with the Nike GT Cut 3 Turbo earlier in 2025.
The Nike GT Cut 4 which Paige Bueckers debuted, currently has no release date, though it's likely to hit shelves at the end of 2025 or start of 2026.
