The New York City Marathon is a long, arduous race that sends runners around 26.2 miles of the city, but even with all that energy expended, the top runners in Nike’s program still had plenty of life left in them after Sunday’s race to take a victory lap under the brightest lights in the city, Madison Square Garden. And when Nike sends athletes to sit courtside at the Knicks game, you know they show out with exclusive shoes.

Nike invited runners Eliud Kipchoge and Sifan Hassan to take in a post-race game from the best seats in the Garden, and they brought out some new ‘fits for the occasion. Playing into the recovery theme of the new ultra-stacked Vomero Premium, Nike put together exclusive Knicks colorways, one with an orange upper and blue sole, and the other two in blue and orange monochrome with alternating accents.

In addition to the PE sneakers, Nike linked up with fashion labels Public School New York and An Only Child for a pair of custom jackets to complete the vibe. In true New York fashion, the Knicks put together a winning effort in front of the esteemed marathoners, with Jalen Brunson dropping 31 on the way to a victory over the Bulls.

You can’t cop these pairs of the Vomero Premium, and you likely don’t run fast enough to be gifted a pair, but Nike is releasing a steady run of new Vomero Premium colorways, so you can always step out like your favorite runner in a different colorway.
