Jordan Release Calendar

The Lunar New Year is one of the sneaker industry’s favorite holidays, and with the Year of the Horse galloping towards us, Nike is getting the whole herd together for a wide-ranging collection of lifestyle, basketball, and now running shoes celebrating the 2026 Chinese Zodiac.
The Nike Vomero 18 Year of the Horse is the most subtle colorway in the 2026 Lunar New Year collection, adding a full upper of cream mesh and a bright multi-color midsole. Keeping up the winged pegasus theme that’s been featured on pairs of Air Force 1s and Dunks, the Vomero 18 trades the horse motif for wing-only graphics on either side of the heel. The midsole is where the colorway really comes to life, with a rainbow gradient of moving from yellow at the toe to blue in the middle, and orange at the heel.

A black Swoosh on the side panel and maroon sock liner break up the cream upper and a multi-color desert scene tongue label ties the shoe in with the rest of the Year of the Horse pack. Beyond the two Air Force 1 colorways and matching cream-colored Dunk Low, the Nike Lunar New Year pack is venturing into the hoops catalog with Kobe 8 and Ja 3 colorways in deep reds.
The Nike Vomero 18 Year of the Horse will be released Spring 2026 through Nike and select retailers in-store and online. Available in unisex sizing, the retail price is set at $155. For all the latest Nike Year of the Horse collection news and drop info, download the Sole Retriever mobile app.
