Rihanna’s Fenty is Launching a Smurfs-Inspired Puma Collection

The Smurfs have been a part of pop culture for decades, and their next adventure sees the creatures head to the city of Paris in the upcoming film Smurfs. In the film, the voice of Smurfette is Rihanna, who also happens to have her line of products with Puma through her Fenty fashion label. Marrying both worlds, Rihanna has crafted a clothing collection and a Fenty x Puma Avanti Stitched inspired by the Smurfs movie.

Starting with the Puma Avanti Stitched, the silhouette is covered in classic blue denim, with contrasting white stitching across the toebox and forefoot. Grey suede appears on the midfoot Formstrip, which passes by the golden Fenty text and rests below the mushroom-inspired Puma big cat logo on the heel. A long tongue design with more Fenty branding is found near the sockliner and lace set.

While the shoe doesn’t appear to have connections to Smurfs at first glance, the packaging and added details clearly tie into the film and universe. Smurfette and the Puma logo join forces via a metallic silver charm and an added sticker, while the pair itself is packaged in a box resembling a Smurf home.

Alongside the sneaker is a full apparel set, including adult and kid sizing. This includes a long-sleeve t-shirt with Fenty and Smurfs designs, a zip-up hoodie with depictions of classic Smurfs cartoon strips, and a woven crewneck with 8-bit-esque designs from the Smurfs universe. There’s also the kids-exclusive dotted hoodie and sweatpants, which give big Smurfs vibes with their washed blue finish.

The Smurfs x Fenty x Puma Collection will release on June 27, 2025, through Puma and select retailers online and in-store. The Puma Avanti Stitched will launch in unisex adult, pre-school, and toddler sizing for $120, $75, and $65, respectively. Clothing ranges in price between $35 and $190.
