The World Cup draws nearer and nearer, and Nike is beyond ready for the action on the pitch. As a part of their upcoming Mad 90 Pack, The Swoosh is mashing up the Air Max 90 with some of its most iconic football boots. The four-pack collection includes the Hypervenom, Mercurial Vapor 2002, Total 90 Laser, and Tiempo-flavored remixes. The Tiempo is having a year with an Air Jordan 1 inspired by Ronaldinho’s golden boots on the horizon, and now the legendary boot is getting the Air Max 90 remix.

The silhouette interpolates the Tiempo’s premium leather construction and diamond-quilted pattern on the remixed upper with a distinctive cracked-leather look, save for the clean leather overlay on the toe. The Air Max 90’s mudguard gets a textured green look that looks like it jumped straight off the pitch and onto the side panels.

A brighter hint of green appears on the backside of the split collar lining for an extra burst of vibrancy from the evolved but understated silhouette. Completing the look are pops of white on the Swooshes and the outsole that add extra visibility to the pitch-perfect pair.

The collection also includes an apparel capsule for each silhouette, with the Air Max 90 Tiempo’s collection drawing from the storied history of the model and the legacy it holds in Shanghai and throughout China.

The Nike Air Max 90 Tiempo, alongside the rest of Nike’s Mad 90 Pack, will drop on May 21, 2026, via Nike and select retailers online and in-store. Available in unisex sizing, the retail price is set at $150. For all of the latest Nike Air Max news and release details, download the Sole Retriever app.
