Skateboarding is a force in the art world. From notable skaters dabbling in the gallery world to award-winning directors like Spike Jonze and Joachim Trier getting their start behind the lens making skate videos, and plenty of behind-the-scenes shredders working as art handlers and set makers, skaters make the art world run. Just ask artist and director Julian Klincewicz.

A 30-year-old with music video credits from Beyoncé and Tame Impala and brand work with Acme and Off-White, Klincewicz is another skate-first filmmaker who continues to channel his love for skateboarding into his artistic work. In his latest partnership with Vans OTW, Klincewicz takes on two pairs of Old Skools and a Style 31, all united by the phrase “The Joyous Chorus.”

The Julian Klincewicz x Vans OTW Pack will be released March 26, 2026 through Vans and select retailers in-store and online.
