Vans is going through a bit of a renaissance. The SoCal skate shoe originators never went anywhere, but a new focus on decorative lifestyle designs on classic silhouettes and a return to OG models with modern material upgrades has brought line-ups and instant sell-outs to Vans drops for the first time in years.

The latest heat from the Vans crew brings it back to the classics, adding flame hits to three pairs of Old Skools in weathered leather, suede, and canvas. Arriving in three colorways, the standout from the scorched Old Skools comes in a classic black leather with a yellow-to-red gradient flame panel on top of the toebox for a return to the middle school icon.

The other two pairs add a bit more of an everyday wear energy to the collection. A battered dark green suede pair adds a blueish purple gradient flame pattern, and a white canvas colorway goes navy-to-white on the flame gradient. On all three pairs, a weathered white outsole is stained with ashy black.
