Jordan Brand is Releasing Seven Air Jordan 11s in Holiday 2025

Michael Jordan’s love for the Air Jordan 11 and the love from the sneaker community have made Jordan Brand take a calculated approach to the model. Typically, we see one or two pairs released in large quantities (over 1 million pairs), but with 2025 being the 40th Anniversary of the Air Jordan line, the label is rethinking this approach. For the first time, Jordan Brand has plans for seven different Air Jordan 11 releases in the Holiday 2025 season.

Headlining the Air Jordan 11 for Holiday 2025 is the first-ever retro of the Gamma Blue colorway, which is historically significant. When it was first released in 2013, the reception from the community was poor, but it has since become a fan favorite. This new release, alongside all recent and upcoming Jordan 11s, features the higher cut patent leather more akin to the original releases of the Air Jordan 11 from 1995.

Alongside this men’s pair, which will come in full family sizing, Jordan Brand is following a pattern it has stuck to over the past few years — launching a women’s exclusive Jordan 11. For 2025, the women’s pair is inspired by pearls, featuring a color palette of sail, pearl grey, white, and metallic silver.

Another men's pair is slated to join the lineup with the Rare Air colorway. This pair continues the Rare Air theme that started in early 2025 with the Air Jordan 1 High in a men’s and women’s colorway. The collection, which features updated branding details and twists to these designs, also includes an Air Jordan 3 and an Air Jordan 4.

For the first time (not counting the Air Jordan 11 GG releases, which came in extended GS sizing), Jordan Brand will release the mid-top Air Jordan 11 in a kids’ exclusive colorway. The pair features black, barely volt, dark raisin, and white hues, with most of the sneaker expected to come coated in black.

Finishing the Air Jordan 11 Holiday 2025 releases are three premium colorways with an increased retail price point of $250 (typical retail is $230). Sole Retriever broke the news on these three pairs: Sail Off White, Canvas, and Canyon Purple. Considering each will come with premium construction and an increased retail price point, they’re likely part of a collection or pack on their own and are expected to be more limited than a traditional Air Jordan 11 release.
