Michael Jordan’s 11th signature sneaker, the Air Jordan 11, has been revered for decades as one of, if not the best, Air Jordan design. With such high praise from sneakerheads, MJ himself, and the company, the model is often reserved for only one or two releases a year in the holiday season (not counting the low-tops that drop in the early parts of the year). This release practice will change in 2025 as this marks the 40th Anniversary of the Air Jordan line, which has caused Jordan Brand to prep seven different Air Jordan 11s. Included in this is an all-new Canyon Purple rendition.
Joining the already revealed Jordan 11 lineup, which includes the Gamma Blue, Pearl, Sail Off White, and Canvas pairs, this Canyon Purple rendition, like the latter two pairs, is priced at $250, a $20 increase from the standard AJ 11 retail price. There’s no confirmation on these pairs' colorblocking and material makeup, including this Canyon Purple rendition. Still, our speculative mock-up sees a tonal purple hue cover the entire sneaker. Like the AJ 4 Canyon Purple, fuzzy suede makes up the base, but typical Jordan 11 details are found, like the patent leather mudguard, Phylon midsole, and semi-translucent rubber outsole.
The Air Jordan 11 Retro Canyon Purple will release in Holiday 2025 through Nike and select retailers online and in-store. Available in men’s sizing, the retail price is $250.
