Angel Reese aka The Bayou Barbie will make history once her signature sneaker with Reebok hits shelves, becoming the 14th WNBA player to get their own shoe. Initial plans were for the Angel Reese 1 to launch in early 2026, but it seems Reebok fast-tracked the development and production, as today, three colorways loaded onto the brand’s website for a September release. Joining the Grey and White Black color schemes is a Barbie-friendly Paradise Pink.
If you’ve been paying attention to the WNBA at all this year, you’ll recognize this colorway as the same one Reese rocked during WNBA All-Star. The pair retains the same TPU exoskeleton, which forms an angel wing as a nod to Reese’s name, and ventilated mesh construction, this time coated in varying pink hues. A more muted pink is reserved for the mesh base, tongue, eyestays, and sockliner, while the TPU portions are hot pink.

Reese’s signature logo is stamped atop the tongue and on the insole, resting below the ERS (Energy Return System) logo on the former of the two locations. Helping finish the upper is the light pink lace set and TPU heel clip for stability. Inside, the model contains Reebok’s Energy Return System with strategically placed nitrogen-infused SuperFloat foam pods. This is contained within the pink midsole and outsole.
The Reebok Angel Reese 1 Paradise Pink will release September 18, 2025, through Reebok online and in-store. Available in extended unisex sizing, the retail price is set at $120.
