The first signature shoe from the queen of mebounds finally drops next month. The Reebok Angel Reese 1 has been teased since the beginning of the summer, and we’ve finally got a firm drop date for the first three colorways, including a court-ready black and white pair.
A clean low-top basketball silhouette with plenty of personal flair, the black and white Angel Reese 1 features a sculpted TPU exoskeleton upper forming angel wings in white with black mesh poking through paisley cutouts. A black strip starting at the toe extends to the top of the shoe, matching the mesh tongue, lace protectors, and laces.

Hits of red come from a Reebok logo on the top of the toebox, a tongue tag, and ERS (Energy Return System) nitrogen-infused foam built into the sole. The tech continues throughout the sole, with a multi-directional tread pattern and a TPU stability cup built into the heel for the kind of stability that inspires double-digit rebounds. The Angel Reese 1 is completed with Reese’s custom AR label embossed on the tongue.
"I wanted to design a basketball shoe that elevates performance, innovation, style, and creative expression, all at once,” Reese said. “Reebok and I built something that's true to who I am, and I hope it pushes others to stand in their power too. At the end of the day, it's built for basketball – made to move and perform at the highest level."
The Reebok Angel Reese 1 White Black releases September 18, 2025, through Reebok online. Available in extended unisex sizing, the retail price is set at $120. Download the Sole Retriever mobile app to stay updated on the latest releases, raffles, news, and more in the sneaker and streetwear world.
