If you listen to the best athletes in the world tell it, the real point of competition isn’t when the game tips off, but in the practice gym, weight room, and the alarm clock; it’s about the competition with yourself to work hard enough to reach the necessary heights. For WNBA star Sabrina Ionescu, the “me vs. me” mentality is a driving force in her game and in her sneaker line.
The latest Nike Sabrina 3 colorway, dubbed the “Me vs. Me,” is a crisp blend of white and grey with hits of metallic red and a shiny silver, diamond-textured Swoosh. The snowy white and grey mix on the upper starts with stark white on the toe and gradually evolves into a steel grey at the side panel, with white laces and under-the-surface support straps keeping things light. Sabrina’s bold “S” tongue logo adds the only burst of color on the shoe in deep metallic red. Bringing it all together, the diamond-textured silver Swoosh is a reminder that some things are built too hard to break, just like Ionescu’s work ethic.

One of Nike’s premier signature lines in the WNBA, Ionescu’s third shoe has been a hit in the W, youth leagues, and the NBA, with Steph Curry recently putting on a pair of green Sabrina 3s during his ongoing sneaker free agency. Adding more WNBA off-season hype to Ionescu’s third silhouette, Nike recently sent PE pairs of the shoe to the Duke and Kentucky women’s basketball teams.
The Nike Sabrina 3 Me vs. Me will be released December 19, 2025 through Nike and select retailers in-store and online. Available in adult and grade school sizing, the retail prices are set at $135 (unisex) and $102 (GS).
