Giannis Antetokounmpo’s future is in the air like a last-second half-court heave. After spending his entire career with the Milwaukee Bucks and bringing Wisconsin the 2021 NBA Championship, the Greek Freak has been the subject of relentless trade rumors dating back to last season, with the offseason bringing a renewed focus on his uncertain future. One thing is certain about Giannis next season, though: he’ll be wearing a new signature silhouette from Nike.
After getting a preview look at Giannis’ eighth Nike signature silhouette in February and then an official look at the previously seen pink pair in March, Giannis posted a new pair on Instagram this week. Seen in a set of photos showing Antetokounmpo training back home in Greece while the trade rumors put him in Boston, one image zooms in on a new Wolf Grey pair of the Nike Giannis Freak 8.

Looking like a Milwaukee snow storm, the Nike Giannis Freak 8 Wolf Grey features an all-over print tonal mix of grey shades that brings a snow camo effect to the upper. The same multi-shade swirl is added to the armored midsole and the outsole. A white mesh tongue and steel grey sockliner add a bit of contrast, while a metallic silver mini Swoosh on the side panel and a neon yellow Giannis logo on the tongue pop with eye-catching shine and color.
The Nike Giannis Freak 8 Wolf Grey will be released Fall 2026 through Nike and select retailers in-store and online. Available in unisex sizing, the retail price is set at $115. For all the latest Giannis sneaker news and drop info, download the Sole Retriever App.
