Nike and Foot Locker Dropped an Exclusive Gold and Blue Book 2 at The Crenshaw Rec

Nike and Foot Locker’s Crenshaw Rec grand opening over the weekend was a celebration of all things Los Angeles, complete with a basketball tournament, restaurant pop-ups, and, of course, exclusive sneaker releases. In addition to a Nike Kobe 3 Low Protro in Crenshaw High colors, the Foot Locker x Nike activation brought out a matching Book 2 The Shaw PE.

Nike’s Crenshaw Exclusives Continue

Just like the Kobe 3 pair, the Book 2 is a tribute to the Crenshaw High School Cougars, bringing together the local school’s blue and gold shades with a classic home white base. To bring the PE theme together, a “The Shaw” logo is added to the gold insoles.

Featuring white on the netted top half, a brilliant blue shade curves around the bottom section of the upper, from toe to heel. A shiny metallic gold Swoosh pops on the side panel, with more blue on the embroidered border and on the sockliner. Lastly, even more blue pops on the two-tone lace loops and tongue stabilizer.

Nike Book 2 Crenshaw Release Details
