The next evolution of Nike’s inline basketball program is ready to launch in 2026, and as soon as we saw official images of the GT Cut 4 in the debut Preheat colorway, leaked pictures of a second, black colorway surfaced just as fast, giving us a closer look at the streamlined new silhouette.
The Nike GT Cut 4 Black starts with a pitch black velvety sheen on the lateral side panel, with the silhouette’s distinct vented gill texture stretching across the lateral side panel in the same black hole color. The medial side features a ribbed mesh pattern that creates textured waves between every cross of the laces, reminiscent of the connecting bones in a spine. The midsole adds a metallic flair with silver on the medial side and icy blue on the lateral side, housing the ZoomX cushion and Air Zoom Strobel underneath.

Series is Nike Basketball’s commitment to their future — built to elevate their game and style with bold design and breakthrough innovation.”
The Nike GT Cut 4 Black will be released Spring 2026 through Nike and select retailers in-store and online. Available in men’s sizing, the retail price is set at $200. For all the latest Nike basketball news and drop info, download the Sole Retriever mobile app.
