Nike is heading into the sewers and subways this Halloween season. After kicking its NYC Air Force 1 collection into overdrive after the Knicks won the NBA title in June, the latest pair with NYC branding on the tongue brings another Air Force 1 ‘01 shape to Beaverton’s inline catalog. Instead of celebrating the Knicks or the Statue of Liberty, though, the new pair adds another tribute to NYC’s most common rodent, the rat.
Rat Fur Forces
The Nike Air Force 1 Low Halloween Rat is the second rat-themed pair of the Air Force 1 ‘01 NYC to hit retailers for the second half of 2026, following a Pizza Rat pair in grey suede that dropped last week. Instead of viral fame, the second rat colorway adds black leather and brown fur for a creepier, spooky-season rat character.
