It wouldn’t be right to host an NBA All-Star game in LA without Kobe Bryant. For Nike, the rollout of this year’s All-Star Weekend in Los Angeles is packed with Kobe tributes, from a look back at his 81-point game and his early career days playing at the Forum to 2011 LA All-Star references on a new colorway of the retro P-Rod 1. To round out the Kobe celebration, Nike is adding the new Kobe 3 Low Protro to the All-Star Warning Label collection, putting on a coat of metallic purple armor to match Kobe’s sheath logo.
The Nike Kobe 3 Low Protro All-Star Warning Label follows the rest of the shimmering, color-changing metallic pack, this time adding some Lakers purple to highlight Kobe’s unbreakable local legacy. So far, we’ve only seen the Warning Label Kobe 3 Low Protro in a few stylized photos from the campaign’s dark and moody debut. This also marks the first retail release of the Kobe 3 Low Protro, with PEs previously seen in a triple-white Halo colorway and a pair for NY Knicks star Jalen Brunson.
Beyond the Kobe pair, Nike added the same metallic sheen to every pair from the brand’s signature basketball line, the LeBron 23, Ja 3, Book 2, Giannis Freak 7, KD 18, Sabrina 3, a Wemby PE of the GT Cut 4, and the brand’s latest inline focus, the GT Future.
The Nike Kobe 3 Low Protro All-Star Warning Label will be released February 13, 2026 in Los Angeles for All-Star Weekend. Available in men’s sizing, the retail price is set at $230.
