Jalen Brunson is Getting the Knicks Back on Track in a New Orange Kobe 3 Protro Low PE

After a strong start followed by a bit of a skid, the New York Knicks got back on track this weekend with wins against East Coast rivals Brooklyn and Philadelphia, with Saturday’s road win in Philly thanks in large part to another dominant performance from Knicks Point Guard Jalen Brunson, who dropped 31 on the Sixers in a new pair of Nike Kobe 3 Protro PEs.

The Jalen Brunson x Nike Kobe 3 Low Protro PE Arancia (that’s orange in Italian) brings together Nike’s recent Kobe 3 Protro push with Brunson’s frequent PE status, adding Knicks orange to the entire shoe with blue accents on the branding for even more Jersey-friendly color-blocking.

Brunson’s bright orange Kobe 3 Protros stood out on the game's TV broadcast even more than his recent teal Statue of Liberty PE colorway, glowing on the court like the orange ping-pong ball in Marty Supreme. In a clean look at the colorway from Nike, the brand put the shoe into a heat map style graphic reminiscent of Jalen Williams’ recent Weatherman adidas Harden Vol. 10 PE.

As of now, the Jalen Brunson x Nike Kobe 3 Low Protro PE Arancia is strictly for Brunson, with no public release date scheduled. Considering the trajectory of his past PEs like the Statue of Liberty Kobe 6 Protro, though, there’s always a shot this will drop in the coming months.
