Nike’s One Piece collab has the anime-loving world going wild. We’ve already seen a year full of Luffy and Nami collabs from across the pop culture landscape, including lines snaking thousands deep outside of Dodger Stadium for a particularly memorable pre-game giveaway. Now, the best collab yet brings One Piece’s legendary Devil Fruit to the Nike catalog with swirling, colorfully embossed Air Max Plus pairs.
Nike’s Nika
The One Piece x Nike Air Max Plus Gomu Gomu is the latest colorway to arrive with a full set of official images from Nike. The Nika, aka Gomu Gomu no Mi, is a powerful devil fruit that allows the consumer to transform into the sun god Nika, giving them the properties of rubber and letting them stretch and slink through fights with reckless abandon.

The shoe is packed in a special co-branded One Piece and Nike box, featuring the Jolly Roger logo, Gomu Gomu fruit, Gomu-Gomu-themed Tuned Air-branded paper, and a Nike-branded Jolly Roger card. No, not the collectible Nike x One Piece TCG cards dropping across the globe, those will be much harder to come by.
One Piece x Nike Air Max Plus Gomu Gomu Release Details
To be eligible for the SNKRS release of the One Piece x Nike Air Max Plus Gomu Gomu, you will need to tap an option in the poll on the main SNKRS home feed before September 18. Select users who participate will receive a push notification on September 18, letting them know they can enter the pre-order for the Gomu Gomu colorway on September 25.
In China, Mexico, and Australia, the Gomu Gomu pair will have a standard release with no pre-order. Korea will have exclusive access on September 25. Retail is set at $210.
