New Balance's exploration of the ABZORB cushioning system resulted in the New Balance ABZORB 2010. Unlike its cousin, the 2000, the 2010 uses traditional New Balance design language and features classic structuring found on older sneakers. The multi-layered paneling on the upper is a call to the 99X series, but underfoot sits a foam midsole with ABZORB pods in the heel. The sneaker was originally released in 2025 for $160, but New Balance lowered the price of the shoe to $145 in 2026.
Another New Balance model with AZBORB technology, the 2010 is a more traditional silhouette with its suede, mesh, and leather paneling.
