It’s hard to imagine terrace culture without Stone Island. The badge synonymous with soccer hooliganism and European streetwear is the first thing that comes to mind when we think of chanting, singing, flares, and fights. So, with the World Cup finally arriving for the summer, and every sneaker brand tapping into its soccer roots, it’s only right that the longstanding partnership between Stone Island and New Balance heads to the pitch.
The Stone Island x New Balance 1890 Green is one of two upcoming collab colorways on the standout new silhouette from the perfectly timed World Cup collab. Beyond the 1890 pairs, the collection adds a full co-branded clothing capsule and soccer cleat, so you can bend it like Beckham, or at least scream at the opposing team in style.

In a new set of official images, the forest green colorway camouflages itself in a monochrome mix of rip-stop mesh and synthetic teardrop paneling. The side panel “N” logo and the Stone Island badge on the tongue add splashes of cream, while the suede on the heel brings a shaggy black accent. Uniquely woven laces in more green and co-branded insoles round out the subtle shrubbery colorway.
The Stone Island x New Balance 1890 Green will be released alongside the rest of the new Stone Island x New Balance collection on June 4, 2026, through Stone Island. Available in unisex sizing, the retail price is set at $250. To keep up with all the latest New Balance collab news and drop info, download the Sole Retriever App.
