Air Jordan 22 Shoes

D’Wayne Edwards returned as the lead designer on the Air Jordan 22 (XXII) that was released in 2007. The model resembled the F-22 Raptor fighter jet with reflective camouflage on the heel and titanium eyelets, lace locks, and shank plate. Edwards continued to incorporate the customizable IPS system on the Air Jordan 22, allowing players to choose between a double-stacked Zoom Air unit or an Encapsulated Air unit. Released in 2007, the Air Jordan 22 (XX2) was another innovative model in the Jordan series. Designed by D'Wayne Edwards, the shoe took inspiration from the F-22 Raptor fighter jet, as reflected in the sharp contours and stealth camouflage on the sole. The sneaker debuted with the "White Black Red" and limited edition "Basketball Leather" colorways.

The AJ 22 featured advanced performance technology like the diamond-shaped quilting on the inner lining for comfort, a titanium shank plate for support, and Zoom Air cushioning for optimal performance on the court. Off the court, the shoe's unique aesthetic appealed to sneaker enthusiasts and casual wearers alike.

Originally retailing at $175, the price of the Air Jordan 22 has slightly increased and now stands at $200 for mens, $170 for GS, $95 for PS, and $75 for TD. You can find the Air Jordan 22s on Sole Retriever today!
