Homecoming 1s for Howard
The latest Air Jordan 1 Retro Low OG Howard University debuted in a photo shoot from Bronx rapper and Howard alum Lady London, alongside a Howard x Jordan outfit. Hitting retail for the holiday season, the pair is covered in deep blue satin with red accents to match the Howard school colors.
Starting with a monochrome base of satin blue, the Swoosh switches to a textured red with a white border. The heel tab adds more blue in suede, and unlike the first Howard Air Jordan 1 Low, a Howard Bison logo is featured prominently. The midsole switches to white, but more blue pops on the outsole. There’s more red on the tongue border, but with only the editorial shoot photos to go off, we can’t see if there’s a Bison tongue logo to match the heel.
