Howard University is one of the latest additions to Jordan Brand’s college sponsorship roster, with less than five years on the squad, but the Jumpman is wasting no time lacing the legacy HBCU with a heavyweight run of PE pairs. After joining the rest of Jordan’s college squads with a PE pair of Air Jordan 14 Retros, the Bisons are starting football season early with two pairs of monochrome blue patent leather Air Jordan 11 cleats.
Howard’s Jordan Sponsorship Adds 11s
The Howard Bisons Air Jordan 11 PE Cleat Collection features two pairs of spikes for the gridiron, one in the classic high-top construction and another with a low-top profile. On both pairs, Jordan adds a full foot of dark Howard U blue patent leather covering every panel, including the tongue.
Blue laces complete the monochrome upper, with red on the Jumpman branding on the ankle and the middle of the tongue, with a Bison mascot logo in the middle of the tongue branding. To debut the pairs, Howard’s athletic department put together a photo shoot all over campus, making sure you know where the PE is from.
