Jordan Brand is going all out for its college programs. The Jumpman has been gifting Jordan Brand schools with pairs of the Air Jordan 14 tailor-made for their colleges. Amongst the crop of schools getting their own colorways so far have been San Diego State, UCLA, Marquette, University of Florida, and University of Houston. Joining that esteemed mix is Howard University with its own remix of the Air Jordan 14.

Back in 2022, Howard and Jordan Brand entered a 20-year partnership focused on creating recruitment opportunities and growing the impact of HBCUs in athletics. That deal has paid off with Howard getting a slew of exclusives in that time, including a pair of vaunted Jordan 1 Lows celebrating the Washington D.C.-based university.

The prestigious HBCU’s take on the Air Jordan 14 adds another shade of blue to the myriad of shades that have appeared across the number of Air Jordan 14 PEs. This time, the shoe features a dark shade of navy on the upper, laces, and midsole. Red details appear throughout the model, including the toe and heel Jumpman, the Jordan branding on the tongue, and the “23” on the heel.

The Howard remix keeps the sports car theme intact with the carbon fiber-style midsole and the metallic silver vents and TPU shank exuding a luxurious feel while accenting the school’s color scheme. The final detail for the Air Jordan exchanges the Jumpman logo found on the Ferrari-inspired badge on the ankle collar for Howard’s iconic bison.

The Air Jordan 14 Howard PE is reserved exclusively for the student-athletes or those willing to shell out big bucks to the resellers.
