The adidas Samba will forever be tied to its soccer heritage, even if fashion circles and sneakerheads have adopted the model. Of course, The Three Stripes consistently works alongside some of the best soccer clubs on the planet to create their in-game kits and to co-create sneakers, as recently seen with the Real Madrid, Manchester United, Arsenal, and Juventus FC adidas Gazelle colorways. The Bundesliga’s FC Bayern is getting its colorway on the Samba after launching a pair in 2022.
Opting to rework the material construction of the sneaker, Bayern Munich coats the upper of this Samba in a heavy-duty canvas. Cream hues envelop this material, while the suede T-toe overlay has a tonal grey finish. Bayern’s iconic red shade takes over the leather Three Stripes and heel overlay, reserving direct branding for the tongue tag.
