Holidays have always made for easy sneaker colorway stories, with built-in seasonal attachment and plenty of nostalgic and referential color palettes to explore. Some celebratory days are more sneaker-friendly than others, though, and with a pastel aesthetic ready for Spring, Easter has inspired great pairs of Air Force 1s, Dunks, and Air Maxes. For 2026, Anthony Edwards and adidas are getting in on the Easter egg hunt.
The adidas AE 2 Easter is a kids-exclusive made for the court or to match pastel polos and freshly-ironed khakis. The bunny hopping holiday colorway starts with a yellow base on the toe, the structural panels, midsole, and tongue. The mesh side panels, angular toebox, and laces get a light green, while the lace panel and TPU vents on either side of the toe and heel are done in pastel purple.

After debuting earlier this month, we’ve seen a steady stream of upcoming AE 2s, including a handful of holiday-inspired pairs like the red and green Christmas colorway and a Year of the Horse Chinese New Year edition. Besides the holiday colorways, adidas is ready to roll out Timberwolves and University of Georgia-themed AE 2 colorways to tie in to Ant’s young but dominant career.
The adidas AE 2 Easter will be released March 1, 2025 through adidas and select retailers in-store and online. Available in grade school and pre-school sizes, the prices are set at $100 and $80, respectively. To keep up with every upcoming adidas AE 2 drop, make sure to download the Sole Retriever mobile.
