Saniyah Hall Signs NIL Deal with Jordan Brand

Jordan Brand first entered the NIL space when they signed UCLA star Kiki Rice when she was a senior in high school, but the space has continued to explode since then. Next up on the NIL front for Jordan Brand is a deal with the number one overall high school prospect in women’s basketball, Saniyah Hall.

While it’s still unclear where Hall will end up after she graduates in 2026, we can expect to see her take the court in the latest offerings from Jordan Brand, like the Air Jordan 40, which debuts later this week. According to the label, “Her signing signals the arrival of a new era, led by athletes who don’t just play the game - they elevate it.”

Women’s basketball has become massively popular in the last few years, and Nike and Jordan Brand have taken notice. So far, Nike has two signature models on the market, the Nike Sabrina 3 and Nike A’One, while there are plans for Caitlin Clark to eventually get her own sneaker. Rumors even popped up yesterday stating that Juju Watkins, the star from USC, would get her own PE colorways of the Nike GT Future.

As for Jordan Brand’s entries in the women’s basketball front, they dropped their first-ever performance basketball model, which was informed by women’s players, the Jordan Heir, which has become a mainstay in its release calendar.
