Nike Officially Unveils Sabrina Ionescu's Nike Sabrina 3

Sabrina Ionescu is having a stellar 2025 season. The former WNBA champion and Nike signature athlete is on pace to set a career-high in points per game, and her New York Liberty are looking to once again make a deep playoff run that (hopefully) results in another WNBA Finals appearance. As we approach the mid-way point in the season and the All-Star festivities, Nike has officially unveiled Sabrina Ionescu’s third signature model, the Nike Sabrina 3.

First spotted a few months back, the Sabrina 3 builds on the strong foundation of Ionescu’s first two signature silhouettes, both of which transcended the WNBA and became massive hits in both men’s and women’s basketball leagues across the globe. A fresh yet familiar feel that is more of an incremental upgrade than a massive change defines the model, with the sneaker remaining lightweight, responsive, and supportive.

Inspired by traditional textile weaving and embroidery that nod to her Romanian heritage, the upper features distinctive mesh pleats, housing supportive cables that wrap the midfoot for extra lockdown. Underfoot sits an Air Zoom unit and Cushlon 3.0 midsole for a smooth, springy ride — the same dependable cushioning that’s become a hallmark of Sabrina’s line.

Signature touches return as well, including the now-iconic vertical, off-axis Swoosh on the medial side, a symbol of the glass ceilings Ionescu continues to break, and a new traction pattern featuring a concentric “S” design that celebrates her impact on the game.

“I know every single basketball player who puts on the Sabrina 3 will continue to see and feel the work that we’ve put in to create the best performance shoe that we can,” says Sabrina. “This shoe represents so much of me, from the vertical Swoosh that we’ve had since the Sabrina 1 to the design touches personal to me. I hope it inspires all hoopers, especially young girls, helping them continue to break down barriers and believe in themselves.”

The Nike Sabrina 3 will debut in the Blueprint W colorway on July 24, 2025, through Nike and select retailers online and in-store. Available in extended women's and grade school sizing, the retail price is $135 and $100, respectively.
