A Mashup Of Materials Is Featured On This Air Jordan 1 Mid
Published
With so many sneakers dropping every single week it’s hard sometimes to stand out from the crowd. That’s where the Air Jordan 1 Mid SE "Patchwork" comes in. Hands down one of the most unique colorways to ever grace Michael Jordan’s first signature basketball shoe, this kid's exclusive is perfect for all to wear.
Where do we even begin with the “Patchwork?” Well, first of all, we can talk about just how crazy this palette is. Combining gym red, French blue, and altitude green, all on top of a white base, each one of these panels boasts a completely different texture or material. For instance, the ankle flaps are doused in buttery suede, while the midfoot elements boast a polka dot pattern that sort of reminds us of ostrich skin. Pearl White layers adorn the laterals and medials complete with a carbon fiber effect. This is rounded off with mismatched insoles within that are printed with Jordan Brand’s iconic Jumpman insignia.
The Air Jordan 1 Mid SE Patchwork GS is set to release in 2022. It will drop at Nike as well as select Jordan Brand retailers worldwide. Coming in kid's sizing, GS pairs will retail for $120, PS for $80, and TD for $65.
