Jordan Release Calendar

If your grandma likes to get dressed up for your local Chinese New Year’s parade, Nike has the perfect shoe for next month’s Year of the Horse celebration. Continuing a wide-ranging collection of classic silhouettes, retro runners, and basketball shoes coinciding with the changing of the Lunar New Year, Beaverton’s latest Year of the Horse shoe is a women’s exclusive Shox Z designed like a vintage sweater covered in jewels and pearls.
The Nike Shox Z Year of the Horse takes the early 2000s silhouette and covers it in a coat of fuzzy black fabric with bits of white thread popping out like a vintage sweater. The base fabric is already eye-catching, but the addition of an all-over print splash of faux pearls and diamonds takes over the colorway like a huge brooch on a fancy outfit.

More premium details are added with a shiny black patent Swooshs on the side panels and the Shox heel unit, and a sleek black sockliner. Between Nike and Jordan, this is one of Beaverton’s biggest Chinese New Year collections in recent memory, featuring a Pegasus Premium, Ja 3, LD-1000, Field General, and tons more.
The Nike Shox Z Year of the Horse will be released Spring 2026 through Nike and select retailers in-store and online. Available in women’s sizing, the retail price is set at $200. For all the latest Nike holiday news and drop info, download the Sole Retriever mobile app.
