Victor Wembenyama’s Halloween GT Hustle 3 is Pumpkin Orange

There isn’t much we can imagine scarier on a basketball court than looking up to see Victor Wembanyama heading downhill with a full head of steam in your direction. It's only right, then, that Nike’s Halloween hoops pack features a Wembanyama colorway of his go-to GT Hustle 3. Instead of giving him a scarecrow or Slenderman colorway, though, Beaverton went seasonal.

The Victor Wembanyama x Nike Zoom GT Hustle 3 Halloween features an engineered knit upper in pumpkin orange, with embroidered root graphics creeping up around the toe, side panels, and heel. The side panel Swoosh features an alien green color, and the outsole adds a three-toed footprint that brings up memories of the 1988 horror classic Pumpkinhead, but could also be a reference to Wembanyama’s alien nickname. Like past Wembanyama colorways of the GT Hustle 3, the tongue features the message “Be Unique Every Day” across the two shoes.

Nike has gone all-out for the October holidays this year, turning to Jordan to celebrate Dia de los Muertos with the Somos Eternos pack and tapping its basketball lineup for Halloween. In addition to the Pumpkin Patch Wembys, Beaverton is breaking out a scorpion-covered Book 1, a slim reaper KD 18, a zombie Ja 3, and a werewolf Freak 7.
