Kevin Durant’s still got it. In a league full of young superstars, the old heads are still putting up numbers and sneaker colorways at an incredible clip. During the Rockets' season-opening rout of the cross-state rival Mavericks, Durant dropped a casual 30-piece in just 37 minutes, all while wearing a new PE colorway of the Nike KD 19.
Durant reps his Maryland roots everywhere he goes, but his short college career with the Longhorns and his move to the Rockets have made Texas a second home for the Slim Reaper. At home on the range, KD is further proof that everything is bigger in Texas, and his latest Nike KD 19 colorway keeps up Nike’s recent cattle obsession in brown and white cow print.
The Nike KD 19 Texas PE starts with a white base and adds brown splotchy details across the entire one-piece upper for a chocolate milk vibe. More Texas cowboy details are added with decorative black stitching across the toecap, side panels, and lace panels. A splash of orange pops on the top eyelet, and the Texas theme really comes together with a longhorn accessory in gold shining from the tongue.
The Nike KD 19 Texas PE will be released Spring 2027, through Nike and select retailers in-store and online. Available in unisex sizing, the retail price is set at $170. To keep up with all the latest Nike KD news and drop info, download the Sole Retriever App.
