Nike has been showing out for the golfers this year. The Swoosh put out a three-pack of exclusives for the US Open and hooked up Nelly Korda with a Nike Free PE, and now, LIV Golf star Brooks Koepka is the latest Nike golfer laced with a player exclusive.
Koepka put his mark on a new Nike Infinity Tour 2, handing design duties over to his two-year-old son, Crew. Like any toddler, Crew is a big fan of outer space and astronauts, inspiring the spacesuit-style metallic red and blue in Koepka’s player edition colorway. The upper of the shoe is clean white, with asymmetry in the soles; the left features full-length blue spikes, while the right is all red. The colors flip-flop for the custom “B” and “R” logos on the tongues. Both shoes get blue and red lace eyelets on the top two loops, and a navy blue Swoosh on the lateral heel. The space theme continues to the galaxy print insoles and Flight Crew hang tag, drawing comparison to the iconic Nike Air Foamposite One and the upcoming Nike GT Future.
