Sneaker brands throughout the industry have been leaning heavily on animal print this year, with adidas leading the way thanks to leopard and cow print renditions of the Samba, Superstar, Taekwondo, and SL 72. Nike is never one to be left out, though, and Beaverton has brought out its own zoological colorways, including a new Field General in hairy zebra print.

The Nike Field General 82 Zebra is ultra-lux in a full upper of zebra-print pony hair leather with black leather on the Swoosh, tongue, and heel counter, plus a black midsole and laces. In a sneaker game full of big cat, reptile, and barnyard animal prints, the zebra hair update to the Field General is a unique addition to the trend.
As Nike pushes more animal print colorways into the lifestyle lineup, the Field General has been a primary canvas for the wildlife colorways. So far this year, we’ve seen two iterations of cow print, a two-pack of leopard print colorways, and a three-pack in snakeskin.
The Nike Field General 82 Zebra will be released Fall 2025, through Nike and select retailers in-store and online. Available in women’s sizing, the retail price is set at $120.
