Jordan Release Calendar

The Chinese Zodiac Calendar is turning over to the Year of the Horse next month, and Nike is prepared to celebrate in a major way, with a wide-ranging collection of Pegasus and horse-themed sneakers in tan brown and red motifs, complete with decorative Western imagery and graphics. On the latest colorway from the pack, Nike taps its latest basketball silhouette, toasting to the GT Cut 4 in the new year.
The Nike GT Cut 4 Lunar New Year takes a subtle approach to the equestrian theme of this year’s holiday, splitting the two-panel upper with a clean white on the lateral side with vented gills, and a sleek grey on the medial side that houses the asymmetric tongue, laces, and ridged support texture.

On the back of the shoe, a horseshoe graphic is added in gold to represent the Year of the Horse, matching the gold ZoomX foam block in the back half of the midsole. The outsole switches things up in icy blue for a classic on-court look. The model joins a slew of different basketball silhouettes honoring the holiday, including the Ja 3 and Luka 5.
The Nike GT Cut 4 Lunar New Year will be released February 16, 2026 through Nike and select retailers in-store and online. Available in men’s sizing, the retail price is set at $220. For all the latest Nike holiday news and drop info, download the Sole Retriever mobile app.
