Los Angeles sports are in a complicated spot. The Dodgers are down 0-2 in the NLCS on their hunt for a third consecutive World Series title; the Lakers are starting over without LeBron, the Clippers were just sanctioned by the league within an inch of existence, the Rams are running into some early-season struggles, and the Kings are five games into the NHL season and still looking for their first win. Luckily, the city is still dominating when it comes to local sneaker colorways.
This year has been full of LA-themed pairs, with a serious run of Dodgers pairs from Converse, Nike, Vans, and more. Gold Kobe 3s and purple Air Jordan 4s celebrated the Lakers this year, while local streetwear brands Menace and Hellstar led the way on adidas’ new collab projects. Now, a classic LA retro is coming back from 2019 for all of the city’s sports teams at once.

The Nike Air Force 1 Low '07 LV8 What The LA features a mismatched color combo like the rest of Nike’s What The collection. On the left shoe, a red toe and white toecap mix with tan suede and Lakers purple on the heel, while the right shoe starts with Dodger blue on the toe, with green on the side panel, and gold on the heel. On both shoes, a Los Angeles script logo is added to the lateral heel and insole.
The Nike Air Force 1 Low '07 LV8 What The LA will be released October 22, 2026, through Nike and select retailers in-store and online. Available in unisex sizing, the retail price is set at $125. To keep up with all the latest Nike Air Force 1 news and drop info, download the Sole Retriever App.
