The Nike Dunk Low has been a staple in the sneaker community since its debut in the 1980s as a basketball shoe. Later, it transitioned to a skateboarding favorite and lifestyle icon. While the frenzy of the early 2020s has subsided, allowing for easier access to many releases, the model continues to see fresh iterations, including a new Light Pumice rendition.
The Nike Dunk Low SE Light Pumice retains the classic design elements that have made the Dunk Low a fan favorite while introducing a sophisticated grey and white color scheme reminiscent of the Smoke Grey Gum version. This iteration utilizes a luxurious suede on the mudguard, eyestays, Swoosh, and heel tab, offering a textured contrast to the crisp white leather that dresses the toebox, midfoot, and collar. Subtle grey accents continue on the lace set, tongue tag, and sockliner, enhancing the sneaker’s understated aesthetic. The design is completed with a clean white midsole that pairs perfectly with a coordinating grey rubber outsole, ensuring durability and traction with every step.
The Nike Dunk Low SE Light Pumice will release in Fall 2024 through Nike and select retailers online and in-store. Available in men’s sizing, the sneaker will retail price for $125.
