Devin Booker's first signature sneaker, the Nike Book 1, has come in many themed editions, from Sunrise to Sunset and everything in between. A Halloween-themed pair was recently released, with more pairs slated for 2025, such as Moss Point and Forrest Gump. Before we say goodbye to 2024, Nike is dropping a Christmas-themed pair of the Book 1; only this pair is more haunting than jolly.
Inspired by the classic Disney film The Nightmare Before Christmas, this Nike Book 1 comes in a white, black, and clay orange colorway. The white-based upper is covered entirely in furry suede. The Swoosh on the sides is embroidered with unique stitching, like the kind you see on Jack Skellington and other characters from the film.
This stitching can also be seen via the Swoosh logo on the insoles and the tongue tag. Subtle hits of black and orange are found throughout. Finishing the pair off is a solid glow-in-the-dark sole.
The Nike Book 1 The Nightmare Before Christmas will release on December 19, 2024, via Nike, SNKRS, and select retailers online and in-store. Coming in men’s sizing, retail is set at $140.
