After years in the vault, Nike is finally bringing back an early 2000s classic like the Nike Air Trainer Huarache. Kicking off the revival of the sneaker was a three-pack of colorways with UK-based streetwear label Corteiz, who launched a Flat Pewter, Light Bone, and Black colorway. While we know GR pairs are hitting shelves in Fall 2025, including the OG Cool Blue color scheme, April 2025 will host the Blue Tint rendition and a clean Sail colorway.
Like the Blue Tint Air Trainer Huarache, this Sail coats the upper in neutral hues that vary between the materials. Sail suede hits the mudguard, midfoot, and collar panel, while the perforated toebox takes on a lighter shade than the other suede portions. These all encase a desert khaki-shaded neoprene bootie, which also hosts a pull tab on the heel and an Air Huarache-branded label on the top of the tongue.

One of the defining features of the Nike Air Trainer Huarache, the forefoot strap, continues the neutral color palette, adding a sail hue to the TPU portion. Nike text stands out in a desert khaki shade, all surrounded by the transparent TPU on the base of the strap. Down below, the Air Huarache Trainer midsole comes in a tonal finish paired with a tonal outsole.
The Nike Air Trainer Huarache Sail will release in April 2025 through Nike and select retailers online and in-store. Available in men’s sizing, the retail price is $160.
