The Eastern Conference Finals in 2025 have displayed some of the best playoff basketball in recent memory as both the Pacers and Knicks have kept the series and the individual games a constant back-and-forth. Ahead of this match-up, the creative director of the New York Knicks and founder of Kith, Ronnie Fieg, teased us with a follow-up to the multiple Madison Square Garden and Knicks-themed New Balance projects as he rocked a Knicks-themed Made in USA 993. It seems a secondary colorway will join the pair, as in Ronnie’s latest Instagram dump, he’s revealed another Knicks New Balance 993.
With the last pair opting for a dark navy color palette, this second Knicks-themed Kith x New Balance 993 Made in USA goes the opposite route, with white hues dominating the upper. This shade wraps around the premium pigskin suede paneling on the mudguard, midfoot, and heel, while a metallic silver leather lines the toebox overlays, portions of the tongue, and the overlays on the collar. The obvious homage to the Knicks comes via the royal blue mesh base and orange N logo on the midfoot.
Other details on the shoe include embroidered New Balance Made in USA and Kith logos on the tongue and heel, respectively, in a royal blue shade and tonal laces that match the white overlays. Finishing the design is the cream 993 midsole and outsole combo.
With this pair, Fieg will have seven total sneakers under the Madison Square Garden banner, though most of these have been influenced by the Knicks. This includes the 991v2 Made in UK, Numeric 480, 990v6, and the other 993 in this collection. The only pair to nod to the Rangers, another team that calls “The World’s Most Famous Arena” home, was a secondary 990v6.
The Kith x New Balance 993 Made in USA Knicks Home will release sometime in 2025 through Kith online and in-store. Available in men’s sizing, the retail price has yet to be confirmed.
